- Support Request Tickets: All support request tickets related to our services will be retained for a lifetime while the customer has active services with us. If a customer has no active services for over 365 days (1 year), the tickets will be permanently deleted.
- Project Data: Details of completed projects, including design, development, SEO, and SMO, will be retained for a period of 365 days (1 year) after project completion, after which they will be securely deleted.
- Lifetime Retention for Financial Records: We retain invoices, proposals, contracts, estimates, and other legally required records for a lifetime. These records are securely stored to meet compliance requirements and provide transparency in our operations.
